Prior to this I had never tried a cold plunge. The sauna gave me the time to lock out the world and just focus on my thoughts and physically relax. In contrast, the cold plunge cleared my mind and gave me a great boost of energy. During a very stressful time, this experience truly helped me bring my stress level down and find a sense of peace. I would highly recommend it!
